b. 108-109

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

Slur in GC, FE3 (→FE4) & EE

No slur in FE1 (→FE2) & GE

..

It is not certain whether the slur was added by Chopin in GC or overlooked in FE1 (→FE2). Anyways, the Chopinesque proofreading of FE3 (→FE4) and of the base text to EE does not leave any doubts concerning Chopin's intention. Cf. bars 109-110.

b. 109-110

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

Two-bar slur in GC (→GE)

No slurs in FE1 (→FE2)

Slur in bar 110 in FE3 (→FE4) & EE1

Two slurs in EE2

..

In GC (→GE) one slur embraces the part of the L.H. in both bars. The shorter slur, including only the reminiscence of the initial motif of the Sonata in bar 110, added by Chopin in the proofreading of FE3 (→FE4) and in the base text to EE, is certainly later and – according to us – it can be considered to be the final version.
The compiled version of EE2 cannot be authentic.

b. 127-132

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

2 new slurs in GC (→GE)

No new slur in FE1 (→FE2)

1 slur in FE3 (→FE4) & EE

1 new slur suggested by the editors

..

In the main text we suggest a slur in which we assemble the most reliable elements of source versions – musically and pianistically natural beginning of the phrase in bar 129 after GC (→GE) and a non-separated slur in bars 130-131 after the Chopinesque proofreading of FE3 (→FE4) and base text to EE.

b. 134-135

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

2 slurs in GC, GE2 & EE

1 slur in FE

No slurs in GE1

..

The absence of slurs in GE1 is undoubtedly an oversight of the engraver, rectified in GE2. The FE version also results most probably from the engraver's mistake. The slur omitted in FE was added in EE, perhaps at Chopin's request.

b. 156

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

..

At the beginning of the 2nd half of the bar before the bottom note of the second, GC and FE1 (→FE2) have one  before each of the notes instead of . This easy to detect mistake – none of these flats is necessary at this pitch, whereas a1 appears in the part of the L.H. – was corrected in GE, by adding another  before the bottom note. The correct notation is included in FE3 (→FE4) and EE, which in both cases could have been a result of Chopin's intervention.
A double flat before the top note of the penultimate chord was added only in GE and EE2.
