b. 34

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt II

..

As the top most note of the 1st chord, FE1 includes an erroneous instead of b, which was corrected already in FE2. The mistake must have been in [A], as in GC an identical correction is to be seen.

b. 34

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt II

..

In GC and FE1 (→FE2FE3,EE1), there is no accidental before the top most note of the 2nd chord in the L.H. This patent in this context inaccuracy was corrected in FE4, GE and EE2.

b. 35

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt II

..

In the L.H. part, GC and FE1 (→FE2) have no accidentals in the second half of the bar. This obvious inaccuracy was corrected in FE3 (→FE4) and GE, and partly also in EE1 (only sharps before G1-G) and EE2 (naturals before A1-A as well).

b. 37

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt II

in GC (→GE) & FE1 (→FE2EE1)

e in FE3 (→FE4) & EE2

..

The introduced in the proofreading of FE3 (→FE4) change of to e is undoubtedly a Chopin improvement – e naturally combines with the fixed in the previous bars F minor key, not to mention the analogy from bar 41. The correction was introduced also in EE2. Similarly in bar 225.

b. 39

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt II

..

The bottom note of the 2nd quaver in FE1 is an erroneous e1, which was corrected already in FE2. The mistake, and in any case the inaccurately written note, must have been in [A], as in GC one can see an identical correction.
