FE (→GE1Ab,EE) overlooked the pedal change on the 3rd beat of the bar. In all GE of the entire opus the pedalling was generally overlooked in this bar. In GE2Ab the mistake of FE was partially corrected, by moving the  sign under the last chord.

The missing  in A before the last quaver is probably Chopin's mistake – the sign is in As and it was added in the last proofreading of FE (→EE), not included in GE.
