The slurs in the R.H. and L.H. in bars 29 and 31 were added in the proofreading of FE1 certainly by Chopin. Similarly in bars 133 and 135.

The slur in the L.H. combining with in the next bar was added by Chopin most probably in the proofreading of FE1. The need of adding this slur resulted from a change in the graphical layout – in A the slur over the part of the R.H., written on the bottom stave, concerns the entire chords, hence also the top voice of the L.H.
