Both bass notes F in bars 19 and 27 have staccato dots in A. The notation of this detail was distorted in the first editions: a dot from bar 19 was omitted in GE1 (→FE→EE), and dots from bar 27 disappeared in FE (→EE). Cf. bars 17-29.

Accents under e2 in bars 19 and 27 of  A may definitely be recognized as long ones. In GE (→FE→EE) they were reproduced as ordinary short accents.
