d1-e1 in FE

d1-e1-g1 in GE & EE

FE has a d1-e1 second as the 3rd crotchet. In FEG (→GE) Chopin added a gin this bar (and in analogous bars 113 and 269). According to us, his intention certainly included also bars 81 and 173. While correcting the fragments which are repeated several times, Chopin would often leave them uncorrected. In GE2 (→GE3g1 was added also in these two bars. It is likely that Chopin performed similar additions also in the base text to EE, which has a d1-e1-gchord in all five places (perhaps, same as in FEG, he did not do it in all places and the remaining were completed by the reviser). In this situation the fact of leaving the original version in FE must be considered as Chopin's oversight.
