In FEcor Chopin changed the crotchets in the L.H., included also in CLI and Ap, to quavers separated with rests. It is one of a few changes of this kind; similarly in analogous bar 43.

The crotchet in CLI is the original version (as in the previous bar). In this case Chopin shortened it to a quaver with rest both in Ap and FEcor (in FE1 only a rest was mistakenly added).

In the version for publication – FE (→GE,EE) – Chopin left the original rhythmic value of the crotchet on the 3rd beat of the bar, not taking into account the reduction applied in Ap. Similarly in analogous bar 44, as well as in 25 and 31.
