In CLI there are no naturals returning a1 and d2. The accidentals were also originally absent in FEcor, in which Chopin added both these two naturals and a third one returning f2 on the last semiquaver in the lower voice. Eventually, both FE (→GE,EE) and Ap have the correct notation.

A cautionary natural before c1 in the L.H. was added in one of the last proofreadings of FE (→GE,EE). The manuscripts do not include an accidental in this place.

The fifth on the 3rd beat of the bar in CLI is probably the original version. The sources also reflect Chopin's hesitation concerning the position of the cautionary  before c1. In the main text we adopt – following FE (→EE2EE3) – the accidental before the chord on the 3rd beat of the bar.

Lack of the  returning b2 on the penultimate semiquaver is most probably an inaccuracy of CLI's notation. Chopin may have written the accidental already in the handwritten base text for FE.
