The additional c3 notes, visible in CLI and Ap at the beginning of these bars in the lower voice, were deleted by Chopin in FEcor. In FE in bar 25 a  was left before the empty space after the deleted note, which the reviser of GE moved before f3.

In FE, before the empty space after the deleted c3 note, a  was inserted, which was moved by the reviser of GE before f3. In EE2 (→EE3) the sign was removed, yet in EE4 was added before f3, probably after noticing it in GE.
