The accents at the beginning of bars 46 and 48 should in A be considered short ones and this is how they were reproduced in GE. FE has long accents, although this does not seem to be the result of the correction in print. The version with long accents could be acceptable for Chopin, as in most analogous bars A has long accents. EE has short accents, which follows from inaccurately reproducing the text of FE. The conformity of that version with the authentic text of A is a fortunate coincidence.

In GE3, staccato dots were added over the crotchets on the 2nd beat of bars 46, 48 and 50-51. The revision must have resulted from a comparison with other similar places in the text.

Lack of dots in bars  47 and 49 in A (→GE1→FE→EE) most probably results from Chopin's oversight. When one compares the accompaniment in five similar fragments (bars 13-17 and analog.) one can see that the omission of those dots is accidental.
