The phrase mark begins in A from the beginning of the bar, also embracing the grace note. A also has another, shorter, slur for the quaver triplet. GE (→FE→EE) only have one slur, beginning from the 1st note of the triplet. We give the phrasing slur of A, omitting the additional triplet slur (cf. In the main text we give the generally consistent version of the sources; the only difference is the lack of ending of the second slur at the beginning of bar 94 (in a new line).
