b. 10

composition: Op. 24 No. 4, Mazurka in B♭ minor

..

There is no rest in the upper voice in the sources. We add it because in this Mazurka Chopin usually put rests in similar situations.

b. 10-12

composition: Op. 24 No. 4, Mazurka in B♭ minor

 in A and GE2 (→GE3)

 in GE1 (→FEEE)

..

The engraver of GE1 (→FEEE) matched the  marks to the beats of the accompaniment. As a result of changes in those bars, and also in bar 5 and analogous bars, in the listed editions all the  marks are placed in the same way (under the 3rd beat of the bar), against the notation of A. In GE2 (→GE3) the marks were moved to reflect the notation of A.

An accent in  A (→GE)

No accent in FE (→EE)

..

The lack of an accent in FE (→EE) is most probably due to oversight.
