The  sign in A may be interpreted in 2 ways:
– as referring to the minim b1 in the R.H.; the sign in bar 35 is similarly placed (in reference to the crotchet F);
– as referring to the note E on the 2nd crotchet of the bar; such an "anticipating" notation can be seen on a number of times in A, e.g. in bar 38.
The sign in EE raises similar doubts. 
We consider the placing of the sign under the 2nd crotchet of the bar as more probable, compatible with FE and GE.
