Chopin introduced three slurs in bars 257-261 in FEG (→GE). It is hard to assume whether the lack of the last slur in EE is a result of Chopin's oversight or a possible error of the engraver. In FEG Chopin did not write the ending of the slur in a new line (bar 261), yet the slur written in the previous great stave clearly suggests continuation and in GE it was understood in that way.
