b. 123

composition: Op. 49, Fantaisie in F minor

..

In the 2nd chord in FE1 the  raising d2 to d2 was overlooked. The patent mistake was rectified in FE2. It is also likely that the mistake was committed by Chopin in A, which, through [FC], found its way to FE1, while in the case of the very A was added after the copy had been finished. The same could apply to the missing  in bar 121 in FE1.

b. 123

composition: Op. 49, Fantaisie in F minor

at end of bar in A (→GE)

in first half of bar in FE (→EE)

..

The FE pedalling is probably earlier. This is evidenced by the unfinished  asterisk, crossed out in A in the same place in which a  is present in FE. It is likely that Chopin added pedal markings in this fragment first to [FC], and then, while adding them to A, he assumed that the pedal should be held longer (he also added markings in the three subsequent bars).

b. 123-126

composition: Op. 49, Fantaisie in F minor

Long accents in A (→GE)

Short accents in FE (→EE)

..

The short accents of FE most probably resulted from A having been inaccurately reproduced, which could have been attributed to both Fontana in [FC] and the engraver of FE – cf., e.g. the versions of the autograph and Fontana's copy and the end result in FE in the Prelude in G minor, Op. 28 No. 12, bars 37-38.

b. 123

composition: Op. 12, Variations in B♭ major

..

In the main text we include the  raising g1 to g1 added in GE, although it is uncertain whether it was performed at Chopin's request. In the harmonic language of this variation, the use of an altered dominant in this model cadence in F minor would be inconceivable.

b. 123-124
