b. 123

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt II

h1 in FE (→EE) & GE3

g1 in GE1 (→GE2)

..

The version of GE1 (→GE2) must be an example of a Terzverschreibung error, revised in GE3.

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt I

repeated in Atut

e tied in FE (→GE,EE)

..

The ties of the bass note were added, certainly by Chopin, in the proofreading of FE (→GE,EE). In bar 124, opening a new line of text, in FE, there is no ending of the tie from the previous bar, which is a common mistake in the case of ties without influence on the understanding of notation.

b. 123

composition: Op. 16, Rondo in E♭ major

Long accent in FE

Short accent in GE & EE

..

Just like in bar 115, in GE and EE the accent was reproduced as a short one.

composition: Op. 16, Rondo in E♭ major

Slur from bar 123 in FE (→GE,EE)

Slur from bar 124, suggested by the editors

..

In the main text, we suggest moving the beginning of the slur to over the e1-b1 fifth. In the remaining five similar places, the slur always starts in this fragment of the phrase (the beginning of the four-bar section), which strongly supports the possibility that the slur of the sources in the discussed bar is inaccurate.

b. 123-124

composition: Op. 38, Ballade in F major

in A

in GC (→GE)

in FE

No sign in EE

..

Similarly to the slur, the moment where the  hairpin begins is not obvious in the manuscripts. We assume that the sign in A has the character of a long accent, and starts slightly before the a crotchet. However, the sign in GC starts after the minim at the beginning of the bar, as it was interpreted by GE which is based on this copy. The shortening of the hairpin in FE resulted most probably from the line-break, and the sign in EE was overlooked.
