Chopin marked the dynamic emphasis on the highest note in bars 6 & 10 with a sign 
in AI, and with a marking 
in A (→GE→FE→EE). Both markings may be regarded as complimentary, but with the ultimate rhythm of the 1st beat combining them does not seem purposeful. The same applies to bars 30 and 34.
