In A the initial b
in LH in b. 86 (and corresponding bars 102 and 134, where in the manuscripts repetition of this phrase is not written out with notes) is notated slightly too low and becomes a three times in FC3. The mistake was corrected in FE (→IE) but not precisely - b was introduced in bars 86 and 102 with the omission of b. 134. In b 86 a found its way into GE1 (→GE2), in GE3 changed into b.
