Staccato dots in GE3

Like in the case of the previous Tutti, the present one was also subjected to meticulous revision of performance markings in GE3. It is only a few changes and additions that could be justified by the notation of the previous sources (e.g. shortened slur in bar 333). The changes encompassed:

  • addition of staccato dots over the semiquavers in bars 328-331;
  • shortening of the slur in the R.H. in bar 333;
  • addition of staccato dots over the last three semiquavers in bar 333, combined with removal of the authentic slur between bars 333 and 334;
  • addition of slurs over the quavers in the L.H. in bars 333 and 335;
  • addition of staccato dots on the last quaver in bar 335 and in the first halves of bars 336-337;
  • addition of staccato dots on the semiquavers in bar 336.
