b. 289-290
|
composition: Op. 16, Rondo in E♭ major
..
In FE (→EE), in bar 290 (which opens a new great stave) the slur begins from the 1st note, even though the slur that started on the last note of the previous bar should be continued. The inaccuracy was corrected only in GE. category imprint: Graphic ambiguousness; Differences between sources issues: Inaccuracies in FE , GE revisions , Uncertain slur continuation , Errors repeated in EE |

b. 335-336
|
composition: Op. 16, Rondo in E♭ major
..
Before the first semiquaver of bar 336 (which starts the new line), FE (→EE) has an ending of slur from above. However, the slur in bar 335 reaches only the last semiquaver in that bar, almost certainly by mistake – cf. slurs in bars 327-328. The inconsistency of slurring was removed in GE by omitting the end of slur in bar 336, and starting a new slur from the 1st note of this bar. This is certainly an arbitrary revision. category imprint: Graphic ambiguousness; Differences between sources issues: Inaccuracies in FE , GE revisions , EE inaccuracies , Uncertain slur continuation |

b. 383-384
|
composition: Op. 16, Rondo in E♭ major
..
In FE (→GE), there is no ending of the slur in a new line. It is one of the frequent mistakes of first editions. The continuation of the slur was added by the reviser of EE. category imprint: Graphic ambiguousness; Differences between sources; Source & stylistic information issues: EE revisions , Inaccuracies in FE , Uncertain slur continuation , Errors repeated in GE |
