It seems unlikely that Chopin would have wanted to change here a fixed accompaniment scheme with E, e and B​​​​​​​ notes as the ostinato bass figure. Therefore, the g note featured in the sources as the 2nd quaver is almost certainly a typical Terzverschreibung mistake.
