Wedge in FE (→EE)

No mark in GE

Wedge & accent suggested by the editors

In FE (→EE) the e2-d3 seventh is provided here with a wedge; however, in the respective bar of the reprise (b. 185), which was probably marked in [A] in an abridged manner as repetition of the discussed one, it is provided with an accent. Therefore, it is highly likely that the text was not reproduced here accurately, i.e. one of the marks could have been overlooked, whereas Chopin could have added the other while proofreading. Taking into account the above, in the main text we suggest (in both places) optionally adding the mark present in the analogous place.
