  b. 67-72

Different accents in FE

Long accents in GE

Short accents in EE & GE2 (→GE3)

The accents in b. 67 and 70 are slightly longer in FE than those in b. 68-69 and 71-72. According to us, it may mean that a similar difference was present in [A]. As a result, in the main text we reproduce them as long and short accents, respectively. In GE1 there are no noticeable differences in length between the accents – all marks are of the same size as the majority of the accents in the previous section – hence we give them the form of long accents, just like there. Taking into account the fact that except for the last mark in b. 78 and 90 all accents in this section concern either longer rhythmic values (at least minims) or short motifs, within which a resolution of a dissonance occurs, the version with long accents only can be considered an equivalent variant. In EE and GE2 (→GE3) there are short accents only.
