In FE the 1st beat is written an octave lower and it was supposed to be encompassed with an octave sign, which, however, begins only from the 2nd beat of the bar. In EE1 the octave sign starts only from the next bar, which seems to be a result of a misunderstanding during an attempt to correct the mistake of FE. The subsequent EE already include the correct text, compliant with A (→GE). category imprint: Interpretations within context; Differences between sources issues: EE revisions , Errors in FE , Errors in EE |
