The form of this adverb used by Chopin had already been archaic in his time. Therefore, in the main text we accept the correction introduced in GE1. The form used in FE is erroneous, whereas in EE the adverb was replaced with an adjective. Curiously, GE2 reinstated the incorrect A form.
Similarly in bar 317.
NB. The contemporary Italian orthography approves of leggero, leggeremente only, without 'i'. However, the older orthography is traditionally used in music markings and is not deemed erroneous.

The placement of the  sign in A is almost certainly an example of the manner of placing indications within and not at the beginning of their scope of validity, sometimes used by Chopin  – cf. e.g. 1st mov., bar 329. This is how it was interpreted already in GE1 (→FE→EE, →GE2).

No indication of the change of the leading instrumental group is almost certainly Chopin's oversight, caused by the transition to a new page in A. Four bars further, the composer marked an analogous change.
