The 
returning e
3 in the descending fragment of the roulade is absent in all sources, which is undoubtedly Chopin's mistake. EE added flats restoring e2 and d2 at the end of the bar – an addition justified in the original notation with the use of an octave sign in the uppermost fragment of the roulade.
