In A (→GE1→FE) there is a totally unjustified  before the top note of the octave (d). In GE2 the superfluous sign was removed, while in EE a  was added also next to the bottom note.

In A there is no accidental before the 2nd crotchet of the middle voice. It is certainly an oversight – d2 was already at the beginning of the 2nd half of the previous bar, suggesting a modulation to E major (the suggestion is even clearer in an analogous phrase in bars 275-276). The naturals are explicitly present in the four remaining similar places (bars 40, 48, 136 and 284). The sign was added already in GE1 (→FE→EE, →GE2), perhaps as a result of Chopin's intervention.

In A the only  raising d to d appears in the 1st half of bar 153. Five out of seven necessary signs were added already in GE1 (only two naturals before d2 in bars 152-153 were overlooked), which, taking into account the clarity of the situation, possibly did not require Chopin's participation (although it could have been also him that noticed the missing signs). EE and GE2 have the correct text.
