The slurs over the pairs of chords at the transition between bars 109 and 110 and 110 and 111 were overlooked or inaccurately reproduced in the majority of the editions. GE1 includes a slur under notes in bars 110-111. It is uncertain whether it is a misread slur introduced by Chopin in the proofreading of GE1 as a tie of f. In FE (→EE) there are no slurs mentioned above, whereas GE2 restored the notation of A.
