GC included a D
-G-d chord as the last crotchet in the L.H. (cf. bar 68). The mistake was corrected, however, it is hard to say whether it was an autocorrection of the copyist or Chopin's intervention. In any case, the person who performed the correction wrote an A1-A octave (with ink), yet he forgot, as it seems, to delete the corrected chord, because it was obliterated with pencil, perhaps only by the engraver.
