GE1 has no sharps before the last two quavers. It may correspond to the notation of [A] for Chopin certainly regarded as obvious the sharpening of notes that actually repeat the bass note written with already at the beginning of bar. Chopin certainly regarded the pitch of the recitative's first octave as determined by before the minim b at the beginning of the bar. However, the rules of notation require accidentals before the octave as well, at least before its lower note.
