GE1 has no sharps before the last two quavers. It may correspond to the notation of [A] for Chopin certainly regarded as obvious the sharpening of notes that actually repeat the bass note written with 
already at the beginning of bar. The error was corrected in FE (→EE), possibly by Chopin, sharps were also supplemented in GE2.
