An additional change of pedal at the transition between bars 13 and 14 is most probably a mistake of the engraver of FE (→GE,EE), perhaps caused by deletions in A. Similarly in all analogous places – bars 29-30 and 121-122, which may suggest a unifying revision, since the awkwardness of this pedalling is evident.
