The change of pedal marked only in FE is opposed to the harmonic pedalling prevailing in this Etude and generally used by Chopin. Assuming an unidentified misunderstanding, to the main text we adopt the version of A (→GE) and EE1 (the later EE repeat the notation of FE), in which the entire spread chord resounds on pedal.
