Issues : Errors in EE
b. 55-56
|
composition: Op. 26 No 2, Polonaise in E♭ minor
..
In GE the 2nd half of bar 55 and the entire bar 56 are written without staccato dots. As in bars 7-8 it is probably a mistake. Few oversights also occur in EE1 and EE2. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: EE revisions , Errors in EE , Errors in GE |

b. 63
|
composition: Op. 26 No 2, Polonaise in E♭ minor

A (→FE→EE1) has no rising g1 to g1 on 4th L.H. quaver, like in other occurences of this bar. The obvious oversight was corrected in GE and EE2. category imprint: issues: EE revisions , Errors in FE , Accidentals in different octaves , Errors in EE , GE revisions |

b. 73-77
|
composition: Op. 26 No 2, Polonaise in E♭ minor
..
In the last chord in bars 73 and 77 in the main text we change enharmonically d1 to c1, considering Chopin proofreading of FE in bar 69 to be valid also in this place. EE1 erroneously swapped the accidentals in this chord ( was placed before d1, whereas before e1). Actually, the sound of the resultant chord does not raise any doubts, yet the notation with the use of two superfluous accidentals is a proof of a patent mistake. category imprint: Differences between sources; Editorial revisions issues: Errors in EE |

EE overlooked the sign in bar 115. In GE2 (→GE3→GE4) both were arbitrarily changed to – see the characteristics of GE2. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: Errors in EE , GE revisions |
