The lack of pedal signs in FE in bars 106-108 is certainly a mistake. The markings – pedalling and also L.H. slurs – are omitted up to the end of the page (till bar 110). All the remaining editions supplemented the pedalling with a 
sign in bar 106, but the markings in bars 107-108 were added only in GE2 (→GE3→GE4).
