The notation of accidentals in the R.H. arpeggio is not fully compliant with rules of the orthography. Chopin needlessly repeated 
next to a2 on the 2nd beat, but forgot before the last demisemiquaver (c1). The omitted accidental was added in EE and GE2 (→GE3→GE4).
