Tie to c³in EE

In the proofreading of FE1 Chopin removed the ties sustaining c³ and b² in the top voice of the R.H. The tie of c³ in EE is most probably an action of the reviser. Cf. bar 77.

No tie in FE (→GE1,EE1)

Tie in GE2 (→GE3→GE4→GE5), EE2 & written into FED

A does not include a tie combining both a¹ at the beginning of this bar. Chopin completed this defect in FED and in analogous bar 84 in the proofreading of FE1. The fact of leaving this bar without correction is to be considered Chopin's oversight. A tie was added also by the revisers of GE2 (→GE3→GE4→GE5) & EE2, most probably while comparing two bars.

In FE (→GE1,EE1) the is before the top quaver of the bottom voice. This patent error could have been caused by the inaccurate notation of A, although the sign in bar 58, where FE did not commit a mistake, is even more misleading. The remaining editions have the correct text.
