In the main text we give the fingering written in bar 72 in FED. In EE Fontana added significantly more indications, also in the L.H., however, he never indicated the fingering for the 2nd and 3rd notes of four-note figures in the R.H. Therefore, it seems that despite there being no formal discrepancies between Chopin's class entry and Fontana's fingering, in fact he had a different fingering in mind in this place (121).
