In A the slur running from the g1-g2 octave is written only in bar 42 (at the end of the text's line). This inaccuracy probably caused its misinterpretation in FE (→EE) as a tie sustaining g2. In GE the slur was omitted, which, among others, may be a simple oversight.

The d2 note in the 1st chord is most probably a result of a mistake of the engraver of GE3 (→GE4).
The  added before c2 in FE (→GE1,EE) also seems to be a mistake.

It is hard to determine with certainty if placing d2 on one stem with the g1 minim in GE3 (→GE4) was an intentional action or a mistake.
