In the main text we present dim. - - - based on the notation in GC (→GE). In EE it is written out in syllables, which is a very characteristic manner of these editions. in FE the marking is not there at all, which was most probably caused by Chopin's hasty wrirting [A2]. See annotations in bars 335 and 336.
