b. 46-51

No staccato marks in A (→GE1FEEE, →GE2)

Staccato dots in GE3.

..

In GE3staccato dots were added over the crotchets on the 2nd beat of bars 46, 48 and 50-51. The revision must have resulted from a comparison with other similar places in the text.

b. 47

composition: Op. 24 No. 4, Mazurka in B♭ minor

Possible reading of A

A small slur added in GE2 (→GE3)

..

The notation of the grace note is not clear in A. The slanted line on the right side of the note may be either unclearly written "crossing out" of the note flag or a slur. We adopt - in line with GE (→FEEE) – that the line is the former. In GE2 (→GE3), conventional slur linking the grace note with the main note was added.
