The absence of an accent in A (→GE1→FE→EE) seems to be the result of Chopin's oversight; this finds confirmation in the fact that accents are present in the corresponding bars of the other repetitions of that phrase, as well as in analogous bars 100 and 104. A short accent was added in GE2 (→GE3).
