A staccato dot in FE

A dot under a flat can only be found in FE, which may mean that it was added in proofing by Chopin. For reasons stated in the note to bars 92-93, we propose a wedge for our main text here, in accordance with the markings used by the composer in the analogous bar 67 in A.
