Staccato dots in GE2 (→GE3)

Lack of staccato dots in A (→GE1→FE→EE) is, in our opinion, the result of Chopin's oversight. When we compare the accompaniment in five analogous places (bars 13-17 & analog.) we are convinced that the dots were omitted by mistake.
