The position of the term altered in GE (→FE→EE)

The beginning of poco ritenuto in A falls more or less above the 3rd crotchet of bar 86. In GE (→FE→EE) that indication was placed earlier, at the beginning of the bar, which certainly does not agree with Chopin's intention.
