In the main text we include the arpeggio added in GE (→FE,EE,IE). It is difficult to assume that Chopin would have omitted it on purpose here, as he marked arpeggios both in a few previous chords in this phrase and before a respective chord in both previous appearances of this theme (bar 7 and 190).
