b. 127-128

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt I

..

In the main text we add cautionary accidentals – a  to c2 at the beginning of bar 127 and a  to e3 at the beginning of bar 128. The former was also added by EE2.

b. 127-129

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt I

..

In A (→GEEE1,IE) the naturals restoring g3 in bar 127 and 129 are missing. Both were added by FE and EE2.
In A (→GEFE,EE) there is no  to f3 at the end of bar 127. It was added only by IE, since Chopin and the remaining publishers considered it superfluous due to the  to f2 at the beginning of the bar.

b. 128

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt I

Slur to 6th quaver in A, literal reading

Slur to 7th quaver in GE (→FE,EE,IE)

..

The A slur having been led only to the 6th quaver in the bar is musically unjustified. This is confirmed by the comparison with similar figures, e.g. in bar 126. Due to the above, to the main text we adopt a slur led to the 7th quaver, as in GE (→FE,EE,IE).

..

In the main text we add a  hairpin after the authentic mark in analogous bars 125-126.

b. 130

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt I

Slur to 8th quaver in A (→GEFE,EE,IE)

Slur to 7th quaver suggested by the editors

..

Due to the reasons discussed in the note on bar 124, in the main text we provide a slur whose range we adopt from the remaining analogous bars. We consider the version of the sources, also musically justified, to be an equal variant. The A slur could have been extended by Chopin, yet it is an isolated incident among a few analogous situations.
