The sixth c3-apresent in GE1 (→GE2) is a characteristic mistake of "thirds" made by the engraver (moving the upper note by a third). The corrections in GE3 (→GE4) were probably made after revising the text from A.

In A the staccato is clearly determined with a wedge which was also recreated in FE. In GE the wedge was changed into a dot. The staccato dot is also in EE.
