The first and last notes of the group of 4 small notes ending the trill are written in A (→GE1→EE,GE2→GE3,FESB) without accidentals. The use of G at the beginning of this group, natural in this context, is confirmed by the  of AsI and by the  added – along with a cautionary  to g – in the stage of proofreading FE1.

In  there is no  raising g to g. This patent oversight may be considered a confirmation of Chopin's confusion as to the validity of the key signature accidentals – cf. bar 255, in which a similar mistake in the same chord remained unnoticed in A as well.

Same as in analogous bar 128, in A there is no accidental before the crotchet in the middle voice. It must be an oversight, corrected already in GE1 (→FE→EE, →GE2).

In both bars, FE (→EE,GE1→GE2) feature a cautionary (?)  before d3. The superfluous marks were removed only in GE3.

There is a cautionary  before d1 in the sources, written by Chopin probably in order to avoid a d1 due to b2 in the R.H. and a very frequent use of diminished triads and four-note chords. We omit this sign in the main text, since the d-f-b chord used in this place was highlighted two bars earlier.
