The indication in FC (→GE) could have been added by Chopin (cf., e.g.,
in the Mazurka in C major, Op. 24 No. 2, bar 53), although it is not the most characteristic typeface of this letter for Chopin's handwriting (cf., e.g.,
added by the composer in the Etude in A minor, No. 11, bar 65). In any case, making the notation more precise after
in bar 73 seems to be indicated here and we include it in the main text.
